Cissr payment terms

DRAFT. Not in effect. A lawyer has not reviewed this document.

Last updated: October 4, 2026.

People are not charged. There is no payment processor. These terms exist so a subscriptions screen or a boosts screen cannot be read as a price.

Open items (NEED)

No charges

Cissr does not charge you to create an account, to use discovery, to like, or to match. The chat list is not a paid feature. Sending a chat is not saved yet, and it is not a purchase either. You are not billed. There is no subscription price and no boost price.

No payment company

Cissr is not connected to a card processor, a wallet, an app-store purchase, or any other payment company. Do not enter a card number. The product is not built to take one, and these terms do not ask for one.

Subscriptions and boosts

Subscriptions and boosts may exist in the product as stubs. A stub is an unfinished placeholder. It does not start a subscription. It does not buy a boost. It does not store a payment method. It does not renew. If you see a button or a screen that looks like a purchase, it does not complete a charge.

Ignore any price that might appear on a stub. No price in this draft is real, because no price is authorized.

What we do not collect

We do not collect card numbers, bank details, billing addresses, or payment receipts. A payment record is not created.

If this changes

Cissr will not start charging under this draft. A charge needs new payment terms that name the price, the seller, the processor, the renewal, and the refund rule, and those terms have to be in place before the charge. Until then, you are not charged.

Contact

[NEED: contact email], if you believe you were charged. You should not have been. There is no processor on file to refund, because none is connected.
